Challenge
The main challenge of this job was the size and speed of the project. Other contractors were running behind schedule, so we had no room for error and had to work over the weekend and late nights to complete the fit-out in time for them to open.
When you’re dealing to really tight deadlines, you need to plan everything meticulously. This job required lots of custom steelwork, and so we had to ensure we had all our information through to the team handling the steelwork, so the cutouts could be done on time. This requires careful planning with no room for error.
Solution
